The customer service here is great, which is exactly how they get you in. However, the constant rate increases are INSANE. Currently looking to move our things out.
I'll also say this. Sometimes you are not notified of an increase. If you are not expecting an upcharge and your autopay fails, they don't tell you the autopay is disconnected moving forward. So make sure you pay the next month on time manually, or you will have fees.
