I’m extremely happy with the service at extra care storage. They do everything they can to make sure I can keep my belongings safe and secure. Recently I had asked to downsize my unit as I didn’t need as much space anymore and Frank was very helpful in doing that. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience left me with no choice. Before coming here, I wandered this earth lost, confused, and questioning everything. Then these absolute legends stepped in and completely changed my life.
The service was so good I briefly considered nominating the entire staff for sainthood. They handled everything with incredible professionalism, speed, and kindness. If customer service were an Olympic sport, they’d take gold without breaking a sweat.
I walked in with a problem and walked out feeling like I’d just completed the hero’s journey. Shakespeare himself couldn’t write a happier ending.
If you’re debating whether to come here, stop. Future historians will look back on this place as one of humanity’s greatest achievements. Five stars somehow doesn’t feel like enough—they deserve the whole galaxy.
