She was very helpful with the new transition if the money cards to the yellow and blue cards… I also received a $20 card because of it! She explained everything in detail and with a smile. - AAAriMay 11, 20261.0With the new updates and messages of a 'brand-new laundry experience,' I was looking forward to a smooth high tech experience. I DID NOT expect to stand at a kiosk for almost 45 minutes waiting for an access code to work after multiple messages of 'no internet.' This really dampens the new experience when I haven't even begun my laundry process! In addition, they have postings for an app that keeps you up to date with the time of your laundry, access to free washers, tap to pay, etc; yet, you are still required to use a card ($3) to access the dryer. I am truly confused about their perception of a 'brand-new laundry experience'. Beyond all of the above Lawrence was an excellent help in this process. From greeting me at the door to the moment I left, Lawrence was readily available to help! Lawrence took the time to walk me through the new kiosk, explain the app, and keep an eye on the kiosk for almost 45 mins as we waited for the internet to work accordingly. Even as I completed my laundry process he was calm and patient with all the customers coming in asking the same questions. Truly a gem of an employee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
