  Zero aftercare service they promise. Only want to sell new products. We’ve already discussed this over the phone. I’m not even requesting a free service or service you don’t provide.

  The staff at the store were knowledgeable and patient with me as I navigated a major and somewhat stressful decision to replace a sofa I’d had in my home for 20+ years! I’m so happy with the outcome. Our new sofa adds fresh life to our space. It’s as comfortable for me as it is fun for my kids

With all the many sectional sofas being sold all over and online, the personal customer service we experienced at BCF was invaluable in helping us make our selection.   Visited this furniture shop while redecorating my apartment and found some great options. The staff were helpful and patient, giving honest suggestions based on my space. Delivery was on time and everything looks stylish and well made.
