- SJShauntel JohnsonJun 23, 20261.0I've been renting a unit with this location for a few years now. There have been hiccups with this location here and there but never anything too serious. Well upon arrival this past weekend I discovered my unit was broken into and 75% of the stuff inside had been stolen. The unit had been broken into 2 days prior to my arrival. Staff at the facility were made aware my unit was found unlock 1 day prior to my arrival and at no point thought to contact me to inform me. I received a call 3 days after the incident from Franny who was very non chalant about the incident and actually borderline nasty. 0/10 recommend.
