Every time I come to the storage facility, he makes sure everything is taken care of and goes above and beyond to make the experience easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. Franny definitely deserves recognition for the great job he does. I highly recommend this storage facility, especially because of the amazing service!
