- RGRolando GalindoOct 6, 20264.0I was pleasantly surprised that it was so easy to rent an additional unit over the phone. I had spotted one that I set my sights on while visiting my existing one. The terms were very good. The only complaint I have is that it was not thoroughly cleaned. Apparently they had swept, but there was a lot of residual dust and even a bunch of screws and a doorstop left lying around. I went there with 2 pails of soap and water and scrubbed it in order to feel comfortable using it. I have a photo of the debris. Another small thing: the manager had told me that he would remove their lock the week before. When I got there, he still had not removed their lock and I had to search for him in that huge warehouse, which took time. There was no one else on duty. Also, the door of the unit got stuck on the uneven floor and would only open partially. The bolt also did not fit nicely into the hole and was difficult to move back and forth. Fortunately a technician was present and was kind enough to remedy both of these things for me.

Every time I come to the storage facility, he makes sure everything is taken care of and goes above and beyond to make the experience easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. Franny definitely deserves recognition for the great job he does. I highly recommend this storage facility, especially because of the amazing service!
