  I was looking for a bedroom set Mr.St Clair showed me different showrooms with displays of traditional modern over the top of bedroom sets and yes I found something I love. Even my son gave me a stamp of approval on my selection

  Amazing experience! Quality furniture and quality customer service. Went to bobs first and then Raymour after. Bobs isn’t in the same league as Raymour and Flanigan. It’s like comparing LeBron James to Paul George… there’s levels to this … The furniture I purchased from Raymour and Flanigan got my crib looking elite. You get what you pay for. No half stepping ! I’ll be returning and recommending to others as well ! Five stars !

  I had an excellent experience working with Amber Small at Raymour & Flanigan. From the moment I started looking for a recliner chair, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She guided me through different options, explained the features clearly, and made sure I found something that truly fit my needs and comfort. What stood out the most was her patience. I took my time deciding, and even though the store was already closing, Amber never made me feel rushed. She stayed focused, answered all my questions thoroughly, and reassured me throughout the process. She also double-checked all the details to make sure everything was accurate, which gave me confidence in my purchase. Her professionalism and dedication to customer service really made a difference.   I was assisted by Karla Vasquez at the Bay Plaza location in the Bronx, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Karla was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what my daughter and I were looking for. She did an excellent job recommending what turned out to be the best bed we’ve ever owned! She also clearly explained the financing options—there were no hidden fees or surprises, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend asking for Karla if you’re shopping at this location.
