My experience with your representative; my fault for forgetting his name but his customer service wasn't; it was on point. He was attentive & proactive. He showed me the unit, which is too high but he also did say to check back to see if a lower one becomes available. Checking in was smooth. My question, tho. If the first month is suppose to be free why did I pay $64+? I saw the breakdown but isn't F-R-E-E mean no payment at that time? Thank your representative again from Unit 1302. He deserves a raise.
