I’ve had many questionable experiences with different storage locations with staff members being very unprofessional. After visiting this one location. My bias was completely changed. The place was well kept, and the staff very knowledgeable. I interacted with one staff member who introduced herself as Quin. She helped me to better understand the process of how renting storage space works for my needs. As how she could clearly see that I was very skeptical about renting extra storage space that I didn’t need. That most would try to convince you to purchase. Thank you Quin for your great customer service!
