DO NOT RENT HERE.
I lost over $20,000 worth of property from my storage unit, and I believe an employee was responsible. I reported my concerns to management, but instead of addressing them, I was completely ignored. I was told there was nothing they could do, and the employee I reported was transferred to another location.
To make matters worse, there are no security cameras covering the storage units. A storage facility with no cameras protecting customers’ belongings is unacceptable.
Store your valuables somewhere else. I deeply regret trusting this facility and would never recommend it to anyone.
