I walked in looking for a Storage locker. Jason greeted my as so as I walked in. I told him what kind of items I'll be storing. He showed me around and the options Extra Space Storage had to offer. He was very professional and educational. He recommended i should get a 5x5 unit to fit my needs better. He was absolutely right. I’ve been storing my belongings at Extra Space Storage for quite a while, and I’ve been meaning to leave a review specifically because of the consistently wonderful experience I’ve had with Jason and Jay.
Most recently, I needed help with an issue involving my lock, and even though they were close to closing for the day, they still took the initiative and gave me their time, patience, and full attention. Breaking the lock ended up being much more difficult and time-consuming than expected, but throughout the entire process they were incredibly professional, patient, friendly, and determined to help me. I genuinely appreciated it so much because it was not an easy task!
I have to admit that I may have Jason and Jay mixed up because we never properly clarified who was who, but I especially want to recognize the gentleman who has been at this location the longest. He has consistently been so warm, kind, accommodating, and welcoming every single time I’ve interacted with him. He honestly has been one of the main reasons I’ve felt so comfortable continuing to use this storage location for as long as I have.
It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a genuine difference in a customer’s experience. His kindness and willingness to help have never felt forced or transactional — he truly goes above and beyond. Jason absolutely deserves recognition for the way he treats customers and for the positive environment he creates.
What could have been an absolutely horrible and stressful day ended up being a great experience because of their help. I’m incredibly grateful to both Jason and Jay and really hope Extra Space Storage recognizes how valuable they are to this location. Thank you both so much! Highly recommend this location. ❤️

We had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage, thanks especially to Jason and Jay. We showed up at 3:25 p.m., not realizing we didn’t have the key to our unit, and with the facility closing at 4 p.m. Rather than rushing us or turning us away, they went completely above and beyond to help.
Getting the lock drilled open ended up taking quite a while, but Jason and Jay were incredibly patient throughout the entire process and made sure we were taken care of. They genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a good experience, despite us showing up so close to closing time and creating what turned into a much more complicated situation than expected.
They couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, or more accommodating. The facility itself is also very clean and well maintained. Really exceptional customer service — a huge thank you to both Jason and Jay for going so far out of their way to help us!
