After a series of unfortunate events with 3 other storage unit attempts, I ended up at this new location in the Bronx. I walked in and can’t say I could have gotten a better welcome. Chris and James were onsite and ready to help me finally get settled into a new space. They were super friendly and made the entire process so easy. Walking through the entire space and ensuring I had what I needed to get everything moved in. When I left I was also given more insight to make the experience even better. It was the perfect end to a very challenging day. After all the hassle I managed I feel so lucky to have ended up at this location. Looking forward to coming back again! Highly recommend this spot!

The Staff is very welcoming, pleasant, helpful and professional. The site is very clean which is great.
Alexis helped me on my move in day and assisted me with my unit transfer as I felt my original unit was too small. Alexis made the process very smooth. An honorable mention to Chris whom contacted me prior to move in was welcoming, very informative and helpful as well. This staff is great, the vibe that I received is that you can tell they work well together and are good people and it makes me feel very comfortable leaving my possessions at this storage.
