I came in today and found Alexa’s. I was so stressed but she made my life so easy by taking the time to go throughout every detail with me. I ended up renting three units and the whole time it was lots of laughters and talking and overall my service was quick and pleasant. It was such a blessing to come in here today.

The storage is right around the corner from me which is convenient. Chris was very helpful and professional. He told me everything I needed to know and answered any questions I asked. I added a picture of my 5x5 storage locker just incase someone is looking to purchase a similar unit.

I recently opened a storage unit, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The prices are great, but what truly stood out was the excellent customer service provided by Chris and James. They were incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and explained the billing process thoroughly and clearly.
It’s hard to find customer service like this nowadays, but Chris and James made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. By far, they provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage services!
