The only thing I wish had been communicated more clearly was that the storage unit was located at a different site than the main office. It wasn’t far, but it would have been nice to know before arriving. That said, Joshua was fantastic! He was friendly, helpful and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Thank you, Joshua for the excellent customer service!
