    Today’s experience was amazing! Justo helped me though out my first time coming to a laundromat. He made the experience even more special and guided me through the process. Would 100% recommend others to come to this location. Amazing music!

    It was my first visit to this location, and I found justo to be pleasant. I must say, Justo was exceptional; his customer service was outstanding. He was very friendly and empathetic, and his personality truly stood out. I look forward to coming back.

    Adrianna and Justo were super helpful. The machine had taken my money but didn't dispense my card and they both assured me that they would take care of it. Very friendly and kind. Definitely will be coming back

    My first visit at this laundromat. I dropped off my clothes with Adriana,to pick up later in the day. Whom ever folded my clothes were horrendous in doing so. Half the clothes were inside out and they were folded so small and tight that I now have to iron Everything!! My clothes are so wrinkled..Sox were not paired and I can go on and on. I will not be bringing my clothes here again. Terrible.

    Bad Experience I arrived at 10:30 pm and the employee (the one I pointed out in the arrow/photo) refused to serve me, saying they were already closed. This was despite the schedule clearly showing the last wash at 11:00 pm. I even went back to take a photo of the hours as proof. What’s even more disappointing is that while she was denying me service, she continued casually chatting with another person. I’ve been coming to this place for a long time and this had never happened before. It’s the first time I’ve received such poor treatment. The staff seemed unwilling to work and irresponsible. It’s shocking that this place has nearly 5 stars with this kind of service. I do not recommend it if you plan to go in the evening.
