She was organized, detailed, and was able to monitor my laundry for 5m while I went back and forth to gather laundry from my place of residence. She was very informative about the laundry prices, and how to work the laundry machines. Great customer service skills for sure.

Marvin has helped me with reloading my card when I kept getting an error message right when I was ready to give up….. I noticed he was cleaning the machines and in my 36 years of washing in laundromats, Ive never seen NO ONE properly cleaned the machines. 10/10 !
- ARAngelica RAug 3, 20261.0We came here to do our routine biweekly bedding wash. Like many customers, we used one of the laundromat’s laundry carts and the folding table to organize our clean laundry before heading home. The moment we got home and started taking our freshly washed sheets out of the laundry bag, we discovered a live bedbug that had clearly hitched a ride from the laundromat. I have never experienced anything so disgusting in my life. Out of fear of bringing bedbugs into our home, we immediately threw away the laundry bag along with our freshly washed sheets. It was incredibly upsetting to have to discard clean bedding because of something that should never happen at a business like this. I sincerely hope the owners take this seriously and inspect and treat the facility, including the laundry carts and folding tables, to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
