As a longtime customer, I am genuinely disappointed by the decline in customer service I've experienced during my last few visits. This afternoon, I came in to do my laundry as I normally would and was neither greeted nor acknowledged. When I attempted to purchase detergent, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude that made me feel as though my business was an inconvenience. Fortunately, I did through my embarrassment. Find the courage to ask her name to which she replied Julia or Juliette (?) —- West Indian woman with dreads What concerns me most is that this is not an isolated incident. Just last week, I came in to drop off laundry and was simply told the staff (young lady in her early 20’s) was “too busy to take my order” Wanting to be understanding, I left without issue. However, after experiencing another negative interaction today, it is clear that there is a larger problem. It was frustrating to ONCE AGAIN leave with my DIRTY laundry in hand, unable to receive even basic customer service. I don't know what has changed but the level of professionalism and customer care I once appreciated seems to be missing. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. I hope this feedback reaches ownership and not management who clearly seem to be subpar as well if they can’t even hire decent workers.
