- CWCat Watson1 day ago5.0The AGM Justo was so sweet and helpful I came in with a giant load, he offered to help me bring in the bags. He was supper friendly. I was a little confused about what laundry detergent to buy he was very helpful for the load. He’s hospitality is wonderful.
- VJV JonesMay 13, 20265.0First of all this is my favorite Laundromat and my second review. This place is always so clean and very nice. The atmosphere is great so peaceful, safe and parking is always available. The variety of machines is amazing. The best part though is the staff. On 16 March AJ and Ashley were on duty. They were so kind and helpful. My machine malfunctioned, i had to move all my clothes and then the second machine did the same thing. It was stressful doing things all over again twice and causing me way more time than expected. Ashley empathetically listened to my issue, was patient and kind and got help to resolve my issue as she let AJ know. AJ helped give me credit for next time, showed me a cart to use to make it easier to load my car since I had a walker and even recommended the best dryer I could use for the size loads I had. He was pleasant, professional, positive and always willing to assist. I observed his interactions with the other customers as well and it was great. He exudes good customer service qualities. I tell everyone I know about this place if they need laundry services. It's the best. On 13 May I was struggling with bringing my bags of laundry and AJ was right there to the rescue and also processed the rest of my leftover credit. Thank you Ashley. Thank you AJ. You make doing laundry a pleasant experience when it can't be done at home.

I ran into a hiccup with one of the machines today and Justo the attendant was very quick to listen to the issue and fix it. Excellent customer care. I was very happy.

I had a bit of trouble with the card machine, and Ajay was quick to notice I was unsure of what to do. He took the time to assist me, ensuring that the machine was cleared and ready for my use. His observant nature and willingness to help made my experience much smoother. Thank you, Ajay, for your excellent customer service!
