- SGShada Green4 days ago1.0Had a delivery scheduled they told me they couldn’t do the delivery because the driver called out. They rescheduled me for a week later to then come and not even have the pieces to the item. The bedroom said was not complete is missing the marble top that leaves the drawers open and exposed, and instead of them trying to accommodate me to give me a set schedule time they’re giving me a open window from 2 to 5 hours. The bedroom set is not complete. With parts they left at store that store is horrible. Close that one to

I wish that was the end of it because y’all I bought this pc in FEBRUARY and didn’t get it until the last week in MARCH by APRIL 3rd the pc STOPPED working. I had to send it in they were going to take approximately an entire MONTH to pick it up and bring it back. YALL I still don’t have my pc and they swore I would get it back before MAY. When I tell you DONT EVER shop here don’t do it.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
