- JLJessica L.1 day ago1.0I’ve been renting a large unit at Storage Post Bohemia-Suffolk Storage since December 2026. When I first signed up, the customer service was excellent — staff were responsive, helpful, and it felt like a family-run business that actually cared about its customers. Unfortunately, things have changed significantly over the past few months after they switched to an AI phone system and AI-supported website. Customer service has become extremely frustrating and non-existent. Every time I call, I can’t reach a real person at the facility. I’ve left multiple messages and never received a callback. When they launched the new AI-supported website, I wasn’t even able to set up my card for autopay online. I repeatedly tried contacting customer service for help and never heard back. The only way I could make payments was through the automated phone system. Ironically, while no one could return my calls for assistance, they had no problem quickly sending late payment notices. It’s very disappointing because this place used to feel reliable and customer-focused. Now it feels more like dealing with a bad landlord than a business that values long-term customers. I plan on looking for another storage option, and I strongly recommend that others do the same if they value a storage facility with reliable and responsive customer service.
- FMFrank Mccabe6 days ago5.0Had a great experience signing up for a storage unit today with Adam. The facility is absolutely spotless, brand new, and very well maintained. They’re currently offering some excellent move-in specials too — our first two months were completely free, which was a huge bonus. The facility has an elevator, which made moving in much easier overall. Getting our 8.5-foot sofa upstairs was definitely a bit of a challenge, though. We had to turn it on its side and lift it vertically to fit it inside the elevator, but thankfully it worked out in the end. Overall, a fantastic first impression. Friendly service, clean facility, and great value. Looking forward to using this storage unit!
