- CMChris MussoAug 18, 20264.0When will this location be able to use the Storage Post app? This location isn’t showing up as an option to use. It’s very annoying to use the access code everywhere in the building. Other then this, the facility is very nice and up kept.
- MOMorgan O'ReillyAug 4, 20261.0not only did my monthly charge go up 3 times while I was using my unit, it is extremely unsafe. My mom was trapped in the elevator for over an hour with no way to contact any employees, then when she was saved by a firefighter they put up a sign that said any damage to the elevators will be charged to the tenant. Once while accessing my unit the thermostat over fell off and hit my husband. Unsafe, poor communication, would not recommend.

The phone customer service is amazing Darrell and other colleagues that has been helping me through the phone to find a great storage unit. Highly recommend this location!

He was very professional and knowledgeable and made the process very easy for us. He showed us around the location and showed us how to navigate within the facility. He was a great help, we couldn’t ask for more… Thanks Adam!
