    We upgraded our showerhead and valve system after dealing with inconsistent water pressure and temperature control. The plumber installed the new fixtures cleanly and tested everything thoroughly afterward. The work took about two hours. Compared to before, the shower feels much more comfortable and consistent to use daily. Water pressure is stronger, and temperature adjustments respond quickly without sudden fluctuations. It’s not a full bathroom renovation, but the improvement made the shower experience feel noticeably more modern and enjoyable immediately after installation.

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I received during my recent visit to your Ferguson showroom. On the day of my visit, I arrived with an order form and a piece of hardware, simply seeking assistance in matching a color. This was a straightforward request that I believe could have been addressed in a matter of minutes. Upon arrival, I was assisted by the receptionist, who went upstairs to speak with the showroom manager, Dina Staub. The receptionist returned and informed me that Ms. Staub stated I would need to make an appointment and that she was too busy to assist. I waited approximately 15 minutes before asking the receptionist if Ms. Staub could come speak with me directly. I was then told she was on the phone, with no indication of how long the wait would be. Given the lack of assistance, I took a business card and left the showroom. I then called Ms. Staub directly to explain that I only needed a brief moment of her time for a simple color match. During this conversation, I expressed my frustration at the lack of support and the unprofessional nature of the interaction. Unfortunately, the call did not lead to a resolution. Ms. Staub stated that I did not allow her to speak and indicated she would call me back. Additionally, she denied having said that she was too busy or that I needed an appointment, contradicting what was communicated to me earlier. During the conversation, I emphasized that my time is valuable. Ms. Staub responded by stating that her time is valuable as well. While I respect that, I believe that customer service is a fundamental responsibility of her role, and my request was both reasonable and minimal. Furthermore, when I asked for the contact information of the owner to escalate my concern, I was told to “Google it.” I found this response to be dismissive and highly unprofessional. Overall, I felt disrespected and disregarded as a customer. My experience reflects a lack of basic customer service, communication, and professionalism. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar treatment.     Juan Rejas was the most amazing sales person helped us pick out faucet cabinets and toilets . What a great guy stayed after closing to help us

    I had a great experience today, all thanks to Shaina (I apologize if I’m spelling her name incorrectly), Juan, and Fred (I believe that was his name). In an effort to update the old fixtures in our shower, my husband was recommended to visit Ferguson. He had a wonderful experience at the showroom, but was sent to the warehouse in Bayport because we needed a specific part they thought might be available there. Unfortunately, he had a very frustrating experience at the warehouse and ended up leaving empty-handed. I decided to try again today and returned to the showroom in Bohemia. I am so glad I did. The entire team went absolutely above and beyond to resolve our issue and make sure we left with exactly what we needed. I was truly impressed by the level of customer service, kindness, and hospitality they showed me. They turned a frustrating situation into a completely positive experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful. For any future bathroom projects, we will 100% be returning to Ferguson in Bohemia!

    They have great designed bathroom and kitchen sinks and fixtures. You'll surely make your home look luxurious with these pretty pieces. Be prepared with the size of the space you look to decorate and install pieces with. It helps. There's also a parts dept in the rear if you need parts, tools, cleaning agents, etc.
