- JRJ RAug 15, 20261.0I returned a picture within 1-2 days, with all factory packaging, and was treated like a criminal. I was told I could no longer return ANYTHING because I have made "too many returns." even though I was originally told it was fine to bring items back if they didn't match my decor. I followed every rule. I was never informed that there was a limit to returns, and the way a was spoken to was extremely embarrassing. I have shared this experience with friends and family, and they will not be shopping here either. There is clearly a limit to Customer satisfaction at this store.
