1 stars. Had front door installed and new back French doors. They missed a spot in the seal and water soaked in during a all night down pour and warped my floors. They came back and fixed the spot with seal but absolutely refused to do anything bout the floors except offer me a measly 500 dollars. They claim the damage is not severe enough to fix. Excuse me? How about the floors were not warped prior to you installed and missing a spot in sealing and now they are. Why is there a damage scale?!? Thats wild. Take accountability Lowes and fix the damage you guys do when you come and work on people's HOMES.

I had a scheduled delivery for this Friday. They asked me if they could bring it on Saturday which I said was fine and then they never showed up. They told me they were gonna arrive between 12 and four never called never texted anything I spent half an hour on the phone at 5pm and talked to about six different people before somebody who was just delivering a message said there was nothing they could do about it, and it would be delivered on Wednesday. I find it highly unprofessional that nobody even spoke to me, I received no real explanation as to why they simply just did not bring it to me. This is especially annoying After They requested a change of date because they were unable to accommodate the original promise and when I mentioned this to them, they said that there was a new manager who was aware of the situation, but there was nothing that they could do. I find it to be highly unprofessional. I will not be ordering anything from them again. I just hope it arrives on Wednesday like they say

He took the time to help me with different products and colors, explained every single detail to me. Showed me the difference in the colors I was choosing. Will never shop this store again. Ordered a Gas Grill Online; confirmation says I'll receive email/Text when its ready to pick up. After 3 hrs I decided to go to the store, cause how long does it take to pull one box? After all the website said they had 5 in stock.
Go to the pick up area; they guy working their seem to have some cognitive disability (so kudos to Lowes for that), he said he'd go pull the order. Comes back, "Can't Find it". A woman in the customer service area right there volunteer to find it... she comes back "Can't find it". A Manager (I believe) tries to find it... comes in from outside wheeling a fully put together grill. I went to my car (Mazda CX-5) to put the seats down, I go back in the Customer Service woman nor the manager were around and I wasn't sure if I was good to go, after a few minutes I decided to leave with the grill only to discover it wouldn't fit, not surprised. When I ordered it online "Fully Assembled" was a free option that I choose NOT to accept, cause there's no way to get it in my small car. So I basically wasted an hour just in the store and finally cancelled my order.
