I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but my experience with Lowe’s customer service has been a nightmare.
They canceled my appointment twice without notifying me, which is completely unacceptable. Because of all the delays and poor communication, I’ve now been without a working washer and dryer for three weeks.
If you’re considering doing business with Lowe’s, I would seriously think twice. Had I known I would be dealing with this level of customer service, I would have taken my business elsewhere from the beginning.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Customers deserve better communication, accountability, and respect for their time.

I went to this location to purchase paint, and unfortunately, the way I was treated by the employee named John was extremely unpleasant.
When I asked him for paint, his response was, “What paint?” When I asked what he meant, he pointed toward the paint on the desk and said, in a very rude and dismissive tone, “These are the paints.”
I then asked if I could see what the color would look like after it was mixed, just to make sure it was the color I wanted. He told me no and questioned what I would do if he mixed it, since I would have to purchase it.
The entire interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. His tone and attitude made me feel as though I was bothering him or asking him for something for free, when I was simply trying to purchase paint and make sure I was getting the correct color.
I understand that employees have busy days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my experience with John was very disappointing.

I’m sharing my experience with the free mini cooler promotion at Lowe’s Bayshore.
I arrived around 9:10 AM and there were already several customers waiting. Unfortunately, there was confusion about where customers were supposed to line up. Some people were near Customer Service while others were directed toward the Appliance area. There didn’t seem to be one clear line or clear instructions, which caused frustration among customers.
I spoke with management and was told the promotion would be handled in the Appliance area, but there was still confusion about where customers should go and who was next. I saw customers getting upset and arguing about the order of the line, which made the experience uncomfortable.
I was happy to receive the free mini cooler, and I appreciate Lowe’s offering the promotion. However, I believe the event could have been much more organized. A clearly marked line, one designated location, and better communication from the beginning would have made things much easier.
I also noticed that some other Lowe’s locations offered additional incentives during similar promotions. It would be nice if the Bayshore location could provide a similar experience in the future.
Overall, I appreciate the promotion, but I hope future events at Lowe’s Bayshore are better organized and communicated so customers have a smoother and more positive experience.
