DO NOT TRUST INSTALLATION
We tried with this location twice - once for a door install where the guy who was supposed to do it dented our door then sent apprentices who broke our door lock, and once they installed a washer dryer and somehow they managed to install the hot and cold water hoses backwards even though the pipes are labeled. RUN from install services at this location. They won’t provide any refund instead claiming that the services they do incorrectly are free or included to have a gotcha for doing shoddy work or damaging your property.

We purchased a new Hisense Refrigerator the 3rd of May, the Refrigerator ended up breaking down two weeks later, FYI Lowe’s only gives you 48 hours to return an appliance unless you purchase a protection plan. The Hisense company is no help at all, it’s hotline is mostly automated and when you finally get ahold of a live agent they give you another 48 hours to wait, if they get your email wrong be assured that will add to your troubles . Appliance over 1K before taxes, spoiled good $200. All in all it’s always the consumer that suffers.
Update!!!! I called the number below and it got me nowhere for probably not the exaggerated 20th time, the only reason we were notified a second repairman was coming because the company had to reschedule for another day. The repairman determined that it can not be repaired and tried getting Hisense to help us, they refused and gave us another 24-48 business hours for a call back, FYI its Thursday, they only have an 8 hour window for business a day and weekends they are included. The 1 ⭐️ is only because I couldn’t post without a ⭐️, -5 ⭐️’s.
So Lowe’s/Hisense I will be contacting the consumer group on channel 6News, thank you for the stress and aggravation
Update 6/18/2025 Thursday 6/11 the refrigerator was diagnosed to be unrepairable, technician tried to help us get our money back, the Hisense people said no they will let us know in 24-48 hours, so after not hearing from them all week I again called, I was told they again would put a priority status and that we would here from them in 24-48 business hours, the same amount they tell you and they only consider business hours as 8hrs a day M-F. I called the store again and asked to speak to the manager in hopes of some that I could get a better number or some help. I was met with a rude customer service employee, then put on hold and then was put on speaker that only allowed me to hear myself talking!

Never had a bad experience here, the guys are ready to help, always. I cant even name all of the employees that have help me over the years, but I'm glad they were there each one of my visits.
