  It was a pleasure working with Francesca Pullara. She knew what we were kinda looking for, showed us a couple of options and found what we were looking for. The whole process was great.

  The couch is terrific. Noreen, the saleswoman I dealt with, was terrific. The problem is that I was told it would be delivered in 5 weeks. It took 12 weeks. Noreen was very apologetic and thanked me for patience and promised I would be given a gift card when the couch was delivered. It was delivered today, and the delivery guys were terrific. But, of course, no gift card. Better communication would help.
