  I shopped for this chair recliner in Florida, but was having a delivered to New York and both stores worked perfectly together. They got it delivered by very polite very nice very efficient delivery people and I just love La-Z-Boy. I will never buy any other kind of chair.

  The sales person that I had was very patient and helpful. She wasn’t pushy and she made the whole experience relaxing. I had one small issue with the purchase that I made, and the manager of the store was more than helpful in resolving my issue.

  I bought a great quality lift recliner there for my dad. We checked out 3 other competitors, and decided on La-Z-Boy. They also were not pushy and only asked for my contact information after we were serious about a particular chair.

  Sales rep was very helpful. She spent time learning what I wanted in furniture and constraints due to home size. Design services made a big difference in the final choice of fabric colors. The design tools showed what the furniture will look like in the living room.
