  I was very pleased with The service and products at La-Z-Boy, in Syracuse, NY! My recliner was delivered in a very timely and careful manner. I love my recliner!

  Very disappointed in the product. One couch was purchased and delivered. The recliner on the right end does not go down correctly and the left recliner will not go flush with the rest of the front.

  Over the years I have spent a lot of money at La-z-boy having bought more than just four couches. These last two couches were supposed to be beige/taupe in color which is what we told the salesperson to pull only those colors because our family room is mission style with the colors in those tones. Even though the color looked that color palette in the store and as I said what the salesperson pulled as a swatch in that color when the couches came they were gray. After the fact, I was told the lights in the store are yellow so it would look different in my room. Don’t you think I should have been told that ahead of time and never been shown that swatch when they knew that?! Now after several attempts to have corporate offices talk to me about it, no one will address it with me- very poor customer service. Being a great repeat customer and satisfied in the past with my purchases you would think they would want to continue having me come back and spend more money with them. I even had my son buy his couches from them and gave him money toward his purchases. Never again and shame on la-z-boy for treating customers this way.
