She took the time to have me try several different mattresses and really listened to what I was looking for. She never pressured me toward the most expensive option and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. I ultimately found a Serta mattress that I absolutely love, and I have Alecia to thank for helping me find it. Her customer service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend Alecia and City Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress!
