  Best furniture shopping experience. The salesman, Ralph, was respectful, patient, and made the purchasing process so easy for me. The manager, Mike, went above and beyond for what I needed. I’ll be back time and time again to purchase from Raymour & Flanigan!

  Ralph was an excellent salesman not pushy, very knowledge and extremely kind and patient. We bought our sectional there and we did a lot of testing out at different stores to find the right one that met our needs. When my daughter and I saw one at the outlet we knew it was the one for us. Ralph worked with us patiently and expeditiously to reconfigure it to our liking. Dan the store manager was excellent to work with when the delivery had a few initial hiccups. He made it all right and the delivery guys were great too. Courteous, clean, and efficient with set up. I went back post delivery to purchase my recliner! I asked for Ralph upon arrival and you should too!! Walked out 30 min later with a comfy recliner that met my budget and style. Well done all around.
