  We've owned our Lovesac Sactional since 2020 and it continues to be one of the best purchases we've ever made. Today we stopped into the Lovesac store at Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY, and walked out even more impressed with the brand than when we walked in. From the moment we arrived, sales associate Alyssa Pertell made us feel like our concerns genuinely mattered. We came in with questions about our existing setup and a fabric/color that is no longer available for retail purchase — not exactly a straightforward situation. Rather than pointing us toward something new or brushing off the issue, Alyssa took the time to truly listen, understand what we needed, and think through real solutions. She went above and beyond by making calls on our behalf to track down what we were looking for — that kind of effort is rare and it did not go unnoticed. Her patience, product knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping us was exceptional. Honestly, it was her dedication and the trust she built with us that led us to make an additional purchase decision on the spot — something we would not have done without her. Lovesac already stands behind their product in a way most furniture companies simply don't, but it's people like Alyssa who turn a good brand into a great experience. If you're visiting the Albany location, ask for her — you won't be disappointed!

  I purchased a lovesac sactional in Dec. 2021. We moved into our new apartment in January and got everything set up. Overall i love the concept of being able to rearrange it in different ways and it coming in multiple pieces makes it much easier to move into an apartment than trying to move a whole couch at once. My issue with the couch is the back pillows that came with it. We paid extra for the higher quality “lovesoft” fill and they have been awful. We have contacted customer service and we are currently waiting for our 3rd round of replacement pillows to try and get ones that actually feel the way they should. Customer service has advised there is a known issue with the back pillows being under filled and they are trying to make it correct however they are always on back order so it takes 6 weeks to get new ones just for them to feel the same as the ones we already have. Everyone in customer service i have dealt with has been very friendly, understanding, and willing to help however for the amount of money we paid for this couch i truly expected better quality. The pillows we have feel nothing like they did in the store, and i have gone back to the store to feel them just to make sure I’m not crazy and they are definitely not as full. The ones we have, after you sit on them for about 20 mins you can feel the back of the couch digging into your back and then your back starts hurt shortly after. Overall i don’t think i would purchase anything from this company again.

  My wife and I had a great experience testing out the Lovesacs and Sactionals at the Crossgates store! Alex was great and so was his co-worker and both were able to demo the products well and answer all our questions. Our 4 month old also loved being able to sit in the Lovesacs since the purchase was partially for him and the team at the store couldn’t get enough of him and his infectious smile! I had seen Lovesacs online but being able to test them out in person made all the difference and we can’t wait for our new Moviesac and Squattoman to arrive!

  What a friendly crew!!! The showroom in store is gorgeous. They are super helpful. And the customer service is top notch! Definitely recommend this LoveSac location and their products. Quality, quality, quality!!!
