I was on a side quest in the area and saw the store I rushed to get back and was treated wonderfully By Jeannine! she saw me rushing asked to help asked how to help was attentive and listed to my needs and wants she set off and loaded 2 raven lamp posts on a flat bed with her teams help in the blink of an eye! all were so friendly and smiling working as a team. One of the beaks were chipped and they bolted to exchange it out as I told them how far away we lived they let me inspect them, did not rush me and rolled them outside for me. I also bought a giant Toad. When we drove 3 hours back to Keene NH my daughter had lost her car keys. I called the store this morning and they had found them!!! Jeff answered the phone and was equally as amazing and was going to pop them in the mail for me. He got all my details I told him about my experience the evening before and that this review would be posted!! 100% treated right all the way around Thank you Albany NY! They are lucky to have a team like this!

The manager, Bill, was helping another employee setting up a rather large display and we interrupted him with a question. He not only told us where to find our items but walked with us and asked us what else we needed help finding. After we checked out and went to our car we saw the same manager carrying bags for an elderly customer and even opened her door for her. Not used to seeing customer service like that nowadays.

As I was leaving the store I noticed him again helping an elderly lady fit a large item into her car. As he was heading back inside he noticed another customer struggling and ran over and assisted them. It’s very rare to see customer service like this anymore. You should be very proud to have him leading your store.

Love looking thru all the canvas & framed wall art, but need more 8x10 or 12x18 selections. Staff is extremely helpful, whether on floor or checkout.
