  *EDIT TO ADD* Upon picking up my merchandise a woman employee asked me if I needed the cord to plug it in. Yeah obviously, not sure why it’s not in the box to begin with. She said she had to go get it off the truck and would be right back with it. In the chaos of loading my appliance into the back of the truck, while Julian stood by watching, talking to a man in a vehicle who drove over from around the back of the building, I never realized the woman didn’t bring me the cord until I was almost home which is about a 40 minute drive. So I had to go back. As soon as I walked through the door the same woman said “NOW WHATS THE PROBLEM?!” and I responded that she never brought me the cord. She said “YOU NEVER CAME BACK IN FOR IT” and I reminded her she said she was going to get it off the truck and bring it back to the loading dock to me. She then said “WELL THE TRUCK ALREADY LEFT” so this tells me she either A, didn’t get it off the truck to begin with or B, got it off the truck, realized I left and put it back on there. Her response was “Oh” and then she walked out stating she was taking her break. I then told Julian he was going to find me a cord or he was going to call around to local stores and locate me one and tell them to hold it for me. He ended up taking one off a floor model that I’m sure will become somebody other customer’s problem in the future. When we got the box off of the back of the truck it began leaking water. A brand new never used washer should NOT have water in it. We got the box into the laundry area with no issues and unboxed it to find a very noticeable dent in the front of the washer. Indicating to me this is a us d product. There is NOTHING in my paperwork stating this is pre leased merchandise. I have also reached out to the Aaron’s customer service email that the company replied to this review with as well as called and have not received any correspondence back to rectify this issue. I leased a washer and dryer from this store. My original delivery date was over a week ago, and the it never arrived. I was not informed of any delays or issues with the delivery. I contacted the store the following day to arrange a new delivery, and I was assured that it would be delivered the next day. However, the appliance did not arrive, and there was no communication regarding this. I called again, and I was informed that it would be another five days before the delivery could be made. The associate, Julian, stated that he would personally ensure that the it is delivered and offered to move my payment date back two weeks, as if he were doing me a favor when you can do this on your own through the website. Unfortunately, it was not delivered. I called once again, and I spoke to Julian, who informed me that it would be another nine days before the delivery could be made. This means that it would be 16 days since my original scheduled delivery date, IF it actually arrived that day. As a result, I now have to rent a truck to pick up my washer and dryer, as the store is not reliable enough to provide the free delivery service that they advertised.

  Poor communication, terrible customer service. I was screamed at over issues they were responsible for and then they provided lies to cover it up. General Manager called me to try to smooth things over, but was unsuccessful. He also claimed he was not at the store when all of this happened so either he is lying, or one of his associates that I dealt with has the same uncommon name he has. I would avoid this place at all costs. To address the response to this review by the company, I have already reached out and was told a DM would contact me. That hasn't happened, so no point contacting again, providing all the same information, and continuing to wait for nothing.

  Tried calling them a few times to make a payment, no one answers the phone. But they’ll harrass you if you miss a payment 🤔. So weird
