It was super easy, just a quick phone call and they had someone out right away. Brad showed up on time, was professional, and took care of multiple extinguishers for us without any hassle. Even though we’re a smaller business, we felt like we were treated with the same level of attention and service as anyone else, which really stood out. He made sure everything was up to code and explained things clearly without overcomplicating anything or trying to upsell. Pricing felt fair and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. As a small business owner, that kind of reliability goes a long way. Would definitely recommend to other local shops or businesses.
