    I went to pick up an order and nobody would help me. After I called the help button four times. Then I asked the associate that was up front at the counter to call for help. She called for help waited another 10 minutes. Nobody came. There's three people at the counter that wouldn't help me so I had to cancel the order and I called to talk to a manager. Waited on the phone on hold for 15 minutes. Nobody ever got back to me. Then I tried to call the store directly and it rang for 8 minutes and got no answer. Like what kind of service is that who'd ever go there.

    The associates are extremely unhelpful. I'm a senior that just had heart surgery. I can't lift right now. I ordered some things to cheer up my yard. My son is stopping by in a few minutes to help. They delivered my items to the wrong address. They refuse to come get them and deliver them correctly, they refuse to resend the items, they refuse to refund. They said they'd come by in 3 days to take the items from where they delivered them and deliver to me. Now, what are the chances the items will be at the other person's front door??...😡

    Just got a house. Trying to fix it up. I placed my very first order with them and it has been non-stop issues. My order has been canceled twice since the 12th when I placed it. Once was due to not having the item installed even though they have 50 or more of the same item currently in stock. The second time was due to declined payment. However once given proof that the payment did go through they reinstated my order. Then the day my order was supposed to arrive it didn't show up and when I called to tell them that I wanted to cancel the order due to the non-stop issues I was told there was nothing they could do about it and I'd have to process a return whenever my items decide to arrive. When asked when my items would arrived I was told they couldn't give me an estimate. Yeah I think I'll just go with Home Depot moving forward. I honestly want my money back or the products that I paid for! This is illegal you can't just take people's money and not give them the products that they paid for you either need to provide the product or issue a refund!!!
