I signed up a couple of hours before lunch. During lunch, we moved down our first load, and though my wife and I are clever people, we did not understand how to lock properly the storage area. We walked down the halls a little ways and ended up with three people all willing to help us get this task done. I can recommend it.

Very Friendy & knowledgeable (Kim is her name) about all units - availability - best pricing available etc she spent well over an hour with me showing the available units, helping me decide. And filling out the rental agreements when I was done… I ended up renting 2 units.
