  Taylor was awesome! Explained exactly what he was doing today and was very thorough with his work. He got rid of a wasps nest we didn’t even know was there. Appreciate all Taylor hard work!

  Tyler was great. Awesome dude I’m not happy with the sales rep telling me it was $50 every other month then to have Tyler tell me the real charges that also add $100. Not Tyler’s fault. They are lucky I really did need the service otherwise I would have canceled it.

  They had served our property for years. Then last week they found that we had rats that had been in the attic and basement for years.. Signs on the outside were apparently obvious that rats were getting in under the roof awnings (markings from oil on their skin). Presumably this was something they would look and check on as rats are everywhere on our area. (And both techs noted that Clark is supposed to check for rodents as part of the prevention/maintenance when I expressed being puzzled that rats could be in and out for years and not detected.)... We found them as we finally saw the rats entering the building along the roof. I asked the tech why they didn't find them themselves, the answer was is they should have been coming more often (and then presumably they would have found them on those extra visits during the years?). So they set traps and did an estimate. I asked them to split the estimate so we could do the replacement of insulation later. They wouldn't split the estimate. They did give us a 10% discount which was nice.. But not enough for us to do remediation and then later do the installation replacement which is what we really needed on order to get it done quickly. At my request they came back and checked the traps once after about 5 days. I asked them to check the traps again after about the next 5 days - as we were determining if we wanted to do the big job and pay for the insulation ( the delay being my business partner was out of town, and we had decided to get a couple quotes which I had told them.) But they said they would not check the traps again because it wasn't in our current contract. So the set traps had rats in them for over a week... They did not tell me they would not come back and check the traps until we had signed the larger contract for over $9,000. They only told me that after I requested they clean the traps while waiting for our decision. I used to use Clark at my home - when we first had them years ago, they did mice and spiders and everything else we needed all for one price. And when I did have mice they would check the traps every couple of days to clear them. No extra charge for the trap cleaning visits. Certainly monthly visits are needed now! But Clark didn't take any responsibility for having missed them for all those years, nor were they flexible about their contract. I don't have Clark at my home anymore either for quite similar issues last year.
