- BBbrenda bryantOct 24, 20221.0My son had moved his business into the shop and there was already a different alarm company's system set up then son changed over to Mountain Alarm. Cameras ended up not working so this company charged him more to replace them. These cameras ended up not working after awhile too and son called Mountain Alarm and told them and they have come once and 2 months later the cameras still aren't working but yet they want their money! They are the worst Alarm company I have ever hear of!! I have a different alarm company's system set up at my house and they are great! They don't charge extra if they have to replace something! If Mountain Alarm doesn't fix these cameras soon he will change companies guaranteed!!
