Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

The younger employees tend to avoid eye contact and walk away when you need help. I was standing in the carpet aisle for almost an hour after they said someone would come to help and a lot of the employees just walked past me without acknowledging me. Go to home depot instead.

I ordered my washer on the 30th of March , on 4th of April it got it delivered and the whole bottom panel was broken so they declined it and said someone would give me a call, nothing- i called and i got a new delivery set for the 18th, it came completely caved in on the side and the delivery people said decline it because they drum would not work. Delivery said it’s the people at the wharehouse must be clamping them too tight. Went down in person and got told i would get a call from a specialist, but they can’t do anything until the washer is returned to the wharehouse-Same thing. End up calling the Carson Lowe’s told them all of this and they said oh well, we will get you a new washer and it will be delivered next Saturday the 25th, guess what it did not show. I even got a call the day prior saying it would be- i have the VM! They said it was rescheduled for the 31st which makes no sense. I went down to the store in person they have refunded me for the hoses haul away and fees but they said the washer it would take 10-13 days, i have called 3 times in the last 13 days , oh it takes the full 13 oh give us a call back oh we can’t get ahold of delivery. Called again today said it’s the 13th day, I was told we will give you a call back. It’s been over 6 weeks. If i walked out of the store with a washer i would be arrested but u don’t have to refund me? And don’t tell me to call that number below as i have 4 times now. I will keep editing and depositing until i get refunded this not okay

If I could give Lowe’s negative five stars I would. I’ve never had a worse experience ordering appliances, anywhere, ever, than I did at Lowe’s Reno.
I placed an order online for a range, dishwasher, and microwave. $2200+ with a delivery of April 3rd. Nothing came. I called and they said, “oops, we actually don’t have them in store we need to order.” They gave me an updated date of April 11th. I was already annoyed, but whatever. I let it slide. April 11th came and I didn’t hear anything. I called and was told that the appliances arrived in store, will be loaded on the next delivery truck out, will be a day or two. Today is day two and I didn’t hear from them. Called again and Saul transferred me to receiving and the manager told me the same thing! “Oops, looks like they’re not in store. When this happens it will be marked in the system and warehouse will be notified to send them asap to the store. Would you like me to order them?” I told her that’s what the other lady said they were doing on April 3rd.” She said sorry they can order them now. I asked for a refund. Like how is this even possible!?
I’m in shock at this level of ineptitude and carelessness. I order 3 APPLIANCES. $2200! Not to mention I had to call every single time to get an update. Never for the rest of my life will I step foot in another Lowe’s.
