Three of them,
Won’t be back until the flock migrates south. Lowe’s, just use normal security cameras like a normal store. I came in for home improvement supplies, not to have my vehicle added to a nationwide license-plate tracking system.
When the Flock is gone, I’ll be back.

I’m really hoping that someone from Lowe’s will reach out so I can change this to a 5 star review. Blind cutting machine was down at the Sparks NV location so they tried to call Reno to see if theirs was working before we made the trek down there. No one answered so we left and I called the Reno location again, after I said “connect me” it went to a busy signal and eventually hung up. Called again, they answered and their blind cutting machine machines was down too. No one knew when it would be fixed or what the problem even was. I don’t want to get a different brand of blinds and would really appreciate if someone can tell me if this is going to be a permanent problem, or how long if only temporary. I’m kind of regretting not just special ordering from a blind company at this point. Hopefully someone has some info and I can change the review because I’ve had great service here in the past.
Update - We ended up getting different blinds cut from Home Depot. I’ll add a star since they replied to my review, but it wasn’t with a lot of info other than for me to do more work and wait on hold to questions answered (and it’s probably “we don’t know when they’ll be back up”)

If I could do zero I would. The manager here named Alejandro is the absolute worst. He has no empathy no care in his heart. No love at all. I last my grandmother my car, my wallet everything and I just tried to return a portable AC unit. I bought four days ago with a two day return policy. Apparently everything was there. All I was asking for was credit he kept telling me I was raising my voice while I had someone else with me telling me that my voice was not being raised. He does not know how to handle customers nor how to de-escalate situations I will never be visiting Lowe’s again because of his attitude and unwillingness to help in any regard do not visit this location. STAY AWAY. give your business to Home Depot before these people. Absolutely horrible staff even worse management.
UPDATE. As you see they’ve reached out with a 1-800 number to which I called an only spoke to AI. It was no help and nothing has changed.

My favorite Lowe's in Reno area. Went to the one up by Scheels and pretty much got treated like I was interrupting this old boys morning of using a price gun to mark suckers. Went down south Reno, picked up the tools I needed, no drama.

By far the most horrible place, I've been calling for a week to ask what's up with my window I ordered thats been delayed. I call daily and I can speak to NO ONE window dept. Just rings and rings customer service cant tell you nothing and transfers the call where it just rings and rings and after 25 min you just get hung up on. Ill go to Home Depot for the rest of my life.
