  I love the Lazy Boy store in Reno, Nv. on South Virginia St.- I’ve purchased 4 recliners there over the past 10 years and the service is always excellent!! Recently I worked with Pam; I couldn’t make it down in person so she went out of her way to help me over the phone, and texting, to help me find exactly what I needed - she even found me a recliner that was better than my previous, along with an amazing discount. The customer service, professionalism, and knowledge is the best I’ve seen. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I will be a return customer; I can’t imagine going anywhere else!!! Ask for Pam, you will be pleased!!

  Absolutely a wonderful experience. I was just looking with no intention of buying, but I did fall in love with us that I picked out and it’s because Jill was a no pressure sales lady that it was just such an easy decision for me. I totally appreciated her help.

  Great experience with Pam while buying a chair. She was helpful and patient. Love La-Z-Boy chairs. Only ones we buy. This would be 5 stars except the fabric choices were just so so.

  We went to La-Z-Boy to find a loveseat recliner. Julie greeted us and asked what we were looking for. When we explained, she took us to a set that was exactly what we were looking for and it fit us perfectly. She worked with us to choose a fabric and we got it on order, with 30% off for the 4th of July sale. We are very pleased with our purchase and appreciate Julie’s help in finding the exact right piece!
