    Ferguson installed the kitchen appliances in my home for Toll Brothers - a JennAire. I used the self cleaning portion of the oven and it not only locked up my oven but burnt out the motherboard. Because of the way it was installed it required the installers to come out, disconnect the wires, and uninstall the oven before a repairman could could complete their repairs. Once that was accomplished, it again required the Ferguson installers to reinstall and reconnect the wiring because the repair people were not legally allowed to. Ferguson has been completely unresponsive to requests to get the oven put back in and I have now been without an oven for over a month. "Service" is clearly NOT something they care about if they can't even return calls from me or Toll Brothers just to schedule an appointment to reinstall the oven. I would never recommend them if you want someone to actually set an appointment and do any work!

    Great options to look at (which is all I could do) because the 3 times I have been in there I've been told that I needed to wait to get assistance because there were several people ahead of me. They just don't have enough staff to support any questions or assistance.

    Originally, I had been directed to another major supply company in Reno by my plumber for a kitchen sink replacement project (sink, faucet, glass rinser, air gap, water filter, etc). However, the sales person there was not very helpful while trying to sell things I did not need. I also discovered that their prices were much higher than other places (e.g., Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) for the same products. I ended up going to Ferguson Home to find out if things would be different. Hollie was my showroom consultant and she was very helpful. She took time to browse the catalogs to locate the sink that fit my need. She also suggested a solution for an issue (a faucet potentially taking up more space than one hole) that the previous place could not address to my satisfaction. Furthermore, I appreciate that the low-pressure experience. The products were more curated than at chain stores, but priced competitively. The ordering was easy and deliveries were fast. The only problem was that the sink I bought was bigger than the existing opening on my granite countertop (the sink dimensions were correct, but the opening was smaller than what the sink needed). I should have paid attention, but this was my first sink replacement experience and I did not know better. I ended up hiring a contractor who made the opening larger to fit my new sink. Other than that, everything went well and I now have a beautiful and highly functional new kitchen sink area. I will go back to Ferguson Home for my future projects.

    I had a very disappointing interaction with a Ferguson delivery driver in our neighborhood this morning. While unloading a delivery behind my garage, his truck blocked my ability to get out of my driveway. When I tried to explain that I couldn’t leave, the driver became extremely rude and confrontational. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he began yelling, flipping me off, and calling me names while I waited for him to move his truck. It was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional behavior, especially toward a resident who was simply trying to leave her home. Companies should expect their employees and drivers to treat people with basic respect.

    Honestly the worst experience ever with this company. Didn't order enough tile for the job, late deliveries, poor communication, botched delivery schedules, etc etc etc.and they don't answer their phones. You go in to perpetual hold and no one ever picks up. I can't say I'd ever use them again. One other thing I will add is that their 'designers' bill their time outside of Ferguson, too. Ours charged $500 for work that should have taken less than an hour. I can't believe Ferguson allows their employees to double dip and then charges these type of fees with no way of validating the time. I repeat - I would NEVER use this company again.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
