Super great/ helpful staff! Ryan and Sierra were great helping me get into a new unit last minute when I realized I had reserved one too small. They were happy to help adjust me to a new unit with great attitudes despite the office closing in 10 minutes. I’m very happy with my experience so far. The facility is spotless and clean.

BE AWARE - after 4 months they will increase your rent, mine went up by $80, because “the market changes every 4-6 months”. They don’t tell you this up front and will suddenly increase your monthly bill. Scammers and thieves!

Love this location! Super friendly and professional 😉… Loading area is convenient. Online rental is quick, and user friendly—-within 10 minutes (or less), I was set to go! Pay attention to the “HEIGHT CLEARANCE” when entering… this isn’t McDonald’s folks🤣. Great team here!

It’s been a wild ride renting at this location.
One week I noticed a couple in a run down red car parking all day inside the car bay. Their possessions overflowed from the car and it all smelled terrible. I thought that they were camping out inside the facility. When I tried to sneak a photo to report them, the couple spotted it and came at me yelling. I then tried to leave the facility and they used their car to block me in. This occurred after office hours, and since ExtraSpace doesn’t have an emergency line, I was stuck in a terrible situation with a mentally unstable couple. Thankfully, after I remained motionless in the vehicle for a bit, they sped off.
Another time, I came to my unit to pick up items needed for the day, and the elevators would not work. All of them. It was very strange. I then looked for stairs and couldn’t find any. Again, ExtraSpace doesn’t have an emergency line, and this was a couple of hours before the office opened, so I was kinda screwed.
