  Chuck was amazing. Got the control panel and everything finished less than 30 minutes and washer is working perfectly now! Super nice will keep coming back!

  Abbey was great. She’s spent quite a bit of time letting me know about all their services and products. I picked out a great new fridge for one of my tenants and they are going to haul away old appliances. We will call back for service on another unit and I’m very happy to support this local family run business. Yay, doing business with real people!

  Chuck was super efficient. He was clear with communication and setting expectation. Great experience. Also he gave some great tips for better use of a dishwasher if using poda.

  BEWARE:: "WALT " ESPECIALLY SENIORS AND SINGLE WOMEN. He showed up to repair a stove The landlord sent him. He tested the burners with his hands, not a temp meter. He said 25% difference in temps. Didn't touch the oven. It was setting off the alarms. The gaslighting was EVERYWHERE. This isn't, That isn't. One of those companies that just blows false information out there. He was actually really strange. Wanted to " MAKE HIMSELF AT HOME?" I was like NOPE. this is my space. But, I didn't say anything. He was really loud and obnoxious. Trying to tell me there is nothing wrong. It kept blowing burner fuses. Then he sits and is going through his phone. My stove is 16 years old and it's a maintenance throw away. They just keep switching out stoves. Really bad management. Anyway, I got tired of his gaslighting and said ok. You need to go. I'm an ex fire property inspector. Then he's out the door. By by. Nope. He puts his hand up and backs me into my apartment. And proceeded to make himself at home. Sat down and just started babling. I was done. Almost called the police. You don't shove your way into my house. You don't push me aside and let yourself in. And why did he do it?? I'm disabled and 68 yo. I didn't like the way He was acting, AT ALL. He ended up siding with the landlord, He was Lazy and unproductive. Nevermind the lack of professional services. Don't trust this company. Be Very careful who you let in your house. I got a message that they will report as spam😂😂 Not spam. Tall older man 65/70. If this is taken down I will repost. Shows your professional mind set.
