  Do not use this company. Our plaster has imperfections through out the pool from the tools they used, basically holes where dirt sits. Mike was head of the job and extremely difficult to get a hold of and follow through on anything he said.

  If I could give this company more stars I would! They took care of my pool in November with new plaster and new tile, then used them this July to recoat our pool area cool decking. The professionalism, communication efficiencies and work ethic, simply outstanding. The cost was competitive and worth every penny. Thank you R.O.W. Team!

  Hired R.O.W. on my friend's recommendation plus their reviews and I am not disappointed! They replaced my ugly, popping-off tile with a beautiful new tile and it looks so awesome next to my turf! The finished product is lovely and every worker who helped was friendly, kind, and capable. Even though rainy weather caused a slow start, the work was done so quickly I didn't have to wait too long for my newly refinished pool. Would recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful upgrade.

  Extremely happy with the work they did for us! Very professional. Great at communication. Work performed was exactly what they said it would be. Workers were awesome and knew what they were doing. The bid was the bid, no extra charges. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of pool work.

  Sales guy Randy was very nice, but everything beyond that was horrible. After repeated unreturned calls, they finally showed up to plaster our pool. Long story short, they never actually did any work because their plaster guys weren't mentally equipped to tackle the complexities of a few PVC fittings, or the English language for that matter.So they walked off the job faster than Usain Bolt himself. I left work early to come home and fix the PVC adapters myself ( which took a whopping 15 minutes and $7 worth of PVC adapters and glue ) after which I called their office to inform them it was resolved and ready to plaster. This is where the story could get very long and boring but I'll shorten it up and get right to the point. Several days worth of calls and multiple lies from the office girl and I had had enough. My wife and I can't willingly give our hard earned money to a company with such horrible integrity and customer service. ROW custom pools was fired and I wouldn't recommend them if you value your sanity or hard earned money. I called several other plaster companies out to view the pool and bid and not one saw any issues as to why ROW couldn't do the work they were supposed to do. BOTTOM LINE, I WOULD RATHER TEA-BAG A PIRANHA TANK THEN USE ROW CUSTOM POOLS.
