  Do not use this company. Our plaster has imperfections through out the pool from the tools they used, basically holes where dirt sits. Mike was head of the job and extremely difficult to get a hold of and follow through on anything he said.

  I found ROW at the home show in the spring of 2025 and hired them in December to resurface my pool deck. Mike and team did an amazing job for me. Communication was great. Estimates were clear and concise and easily understood. Mike even went the extra mile to find tile that matched our existing 20 year old tile. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to have resurfacing done. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the experience.

  We are first time pool owners. We needed to replaster the pool at our new home. We had NO idea what we were doing, or needing, or where to start! Working with Mike Canyon, from R.O.W. has been a complete pleasure! They tackled our job quickly, efficiently, and with the best customer service we could have asked for. Mike has been very easy to communicate with, he has been patient with our questions and indecisiveness, and he has helped to educate us on what we need, and don’t need, with our pool going forward. All the work has been done beautifully, and on schedule. We couldn’t be happier! I confidently recommend them for your pool project!

  The truth is they are super affordable and did a great job with the pool. I am very happy with the work they did with the pool and the price that I had paid for it. Mike was the one who came out and quoted our property. He was super friendly and great with communication. The reason they received 2 stars and not the 5 is the damage they caused to my property and the drama that ensued afterwards. They turned off the water to all of the exterior of my property instead of just turning off the autofill. In the middle of summer with 110+ degree heat, my lawn and vegetation all started dying. Both my front yard and back yard went 2 weeks without water and until I received notice from my HOA that my yard was dead (I don't live at the property). Upon completion of the job, I informed Jose, the manager who refused to take responsibility and instead spoke down to me like I'm crazy for watering my yard multiple times a day, 6 days a week in vegas in the middle of summer. Long story short, after using another company and conspiring to defraud me and getting caught with solid evidence that would jeopardize his license, the license of the other business and cost him more than the damages in a lawsuit, he finally agreed to repair the damage his employees caused. This company is licensed, bonded and insured. If something goes wrong with the job and it is the fault of the company, they are required to repair damages. The Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) are there to protect you the customer from poor contractor ethics and non-compliant contractors. Know your rights. In the end, they did a good job with the pool itself. I have the right to report him to the NSCB, but I haven't because the work on the pool was done well and affordably, but if he goes back on the contract and doesn't honor the warranty and continues with his shady ethics, the I continue to hold that right and would execute it accordingly. Just beware of the manager Jose and his shady ethics. Don't let him bully you.
