I must say that I’ve never seen a storage so clean and organized like this property! The staff running this location do an amazing job and have some of the best customer service a person can ask for. Karla and Daniel are amazing! Your company is lucky to have them!

Had the pleasure of turning my in vehicle at extra space storage on Ferrell st. The staff was incredible! Alex walked me through everything and explained any questions I had in great detail. She definitely knows her stuff. Carla also made sure my app worked before I left the compound. I left the store feeling relieved knowing my vehicle was in their care and completely satisfied with the customer service.

Alex is super awesome. She is very kind and helpful and professional. I had a great experience renting a storage unit with her. I would recommend renting storage from here. Not only the staffs are nice, the facility is secured and tucked away from the main road.

Upon calling to inquire about a storage unit I reserved on line, I spoke with Alex about the rental process. Alex was exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. She was knowledgeable and gave me a sense of peace. After I have experienced the death of my mother a few weeks ago, and the same day I buried my mother, my home flooded and I lost almost everything—including my mother’s items. My home is inhabitable and I am now homeless and the few items I am able to salvage are being stored here at Extra Space.
