Three stars because the staff have been professional & friendly and the place IS clean. However, the company, Extra Space Storage, does not offer a Military Veteran discount, ONLY active duty and NOT all locations. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Additionally, elevators & coolers are not maintained well enough or early enough by the company. Elevators overheat and are frequently down. The swamp coolers are not serviced early enough in the year for the desert heat of Las Vegas. Waiting that long creates longer wait time on parts replacement because of the area residential and commercial demands in May. Renting a unit on the top floor (because no discount) with NO ac and NO elevator working properly is a bad combo ... especially for an aging military veteran who cannot take the stairs. If you're a business claiming "military friendly," you should not exclude those have already served this country years ago.
