Outstanding experience with Extra Space Storage at 6470 Losee Rd, North Las Vegas! The staff are great! Both Mike and Tyler have been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I was given a tour and looked at different units. Tyler helped me choose the unit that would be best for my needs and Mike helped me with using my own rental insurance.They answer their phone anytime I call and also all my questions! Everything is efficient and easy with them. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Great rates too! Always excellent customer service and always a stress-free experience—I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!!

Very easy to get your storage room online. Everything you need provided. I would give 5 star, but they do not offer price lock, expect your rate to in crease 8-12 months in if you have it that long.

This is for the facility and the oustanding employee at 6470 N Losee Road, North Las Vegas.
Yesterday was the first time I have ever used a storage facility.
The employee, Mike, is professional, and friendly--he made me feel right at home.
He walked my brother and I to a unit that was available in the size we desired so we could see the location. We rented the unit and he walked us through the process.
The facility is immaculate with plenty of parking and a convenient location. If you need to purchase boxes or supplies such as tape or drink/plateware dividers, the office has them.
I recommend this location, especially because the employee Mike made the experience so easy.

I had paid this unit up for three months, Storing business supplies. My first day of moving everything in the Manager told me I can pull my car up to the back and unload there. While doing that my car was towed and I had to pay $350 even though he told me I could park there. The first two days my login to get into the building didn’t work so they had to give me a temporary code. My monthly payment went from $70 a month to 168 with a 3 day notice. So I decided to move to a different company. I was set to move out on the fifth. I had all my stuff out on the 30th, but I left the lock inside to pick up later. I called and the manager told me they threw away the lock( that I had paid $20 for because they make you when you first move in). They shouldn’t even have touched the unit because I wasn’t said to move out until the fifth. Then my lock magically appeared, and I picked it up. Not a great experience, Would never go with this storage company again.
