⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Manager, Very Disappointing Ownership
To start off, the only real reason I believe there are so many 5-star reviews is because of the manager, Andry. She has honestly been the main reason I’ve stayed at this location.
Andry is fantastic to work with. She goes out of her way to help resolve issues and does whatever she can within the limits of what she’s allowed to do. Her customer service and willingness to help are the best things this facility has going for it. If Andry were to leave, I can honestly say I wouldn’t be the only customer packing up and moving to another location.
Unfortunately, when it comes to upper management and ownership, it’s a completely different story.
In the two years I’ve been here, my monthly storage rate has doubled, with very little, if anything, improving to justify such a dramatic increase. The constant rent increases have forced me to leave units on more than one occasion or downsize, even though I originally planned to stay here long term.
I could go on about the poor location, security concerns, lack of sufficient cameras, and other issues, but I think I’ve made my point.
It’s extremely disappointing because I had planned on being a long-term customer, but I’ve now started looking elsewhere for storage.
Andry deserves 5 stars without question. Unfortunately, the upper management and ownership decisions make it very difficult to give the facility itself the same rating. In my opinion, without Andry, this place would be half full at best.

I been in this location for 4 years. I’ve had all good experiences never had any trouble with the security of my stuff. Always clean. The staff is always friendly specially Andry she’s so wonderful and helpful always helping me find solutions. She’s on point with her work always notifying me if there’s a problem. I recommend this location 100% their prices are great..
