  I usually have a great experience shopping at this store, which is why today's experience stood out to me. My son and I stopped in to pick up a few items and collect an online order. At checkout, Janice was assisting me and asked to see my order confirmation so she could locate it. After looking it up, she discovered that I had accidentally selected the Henderson location for pickup instead of the Blue Diamond location. This was completely my mistake, and I take full responsibility for not paying closer attention when placing the order. Janice informed me that my order was ready in Henderson and that I would need to pick it up there. Based on that information, I left the store and began driving toward Henderson, which is about 30 minutes away. About 15 minutes into the drive, I realized that the exact item I ordered was also available at the Blue Diamond location I had just left. I called the store to ask whether there had been any alternative options. Janice explained that I could have simply canceled the order online and placed a new order for pickup at the Blue Diamond location. My concern is that this information was never shared with me while I was standing in the store. Had that option been mentioned at the time, it could have saved me a lengthy and unnecessary drive. Customer service is not just about answering questions—it's also about helping customers find practical solutions when a problem arises. I understand policies may limit what employees can do, and I'm not upset that I made the initial mistake. What disappointed me was the lack of guidance that could have easily resolved the situation before I left the store. A simple suggestion would have made a significant difference. I will continue shopping here because I've generally had positive experiences, but I hope management uses this as a coaching opportunity to encourage employees to be more proactive in helping customers navigate situations like this.

  My visit with a friend for lunch was quite enjoyable. We both had teriyaki chicken sandwiches. We both enjoyed our meal. In fact we would definitely go back. Maybe even bring more friends.

  The place is nice, but everything is overpriced. I usually go there to buy chocolate, and I’ve noticed it’s often double the price—or at least 50% higher—than at other stores. Most of the chocolates seem to be priced at $5.99; they must really like that number.
