    My son and I were both trying out mattresses. And I mean not just lay down for a minute and get up. I mean we played on them for a long time to get a real feel for it. Aaron was so patient the first evening we were there. The second time the other staff were happy to assist (Aaron was at lunch) when my son and I wanted a final try once we narrowed down our choices to Tempur-Pedic and another brand. Again we laid for a good long time to make sure of our decision. When you’re contemplating a multi thousand dollar purchase you want to be sure. Although they do have a trial period if you get it home and find you don’t like it. No hard sales, just good information. I went back a third time to make my final purchase. Aaron wasn’t there but the lady who helped me was knowledgeable and made the process easy. They offered better financing than another chain furniture store. Aaron wasn’t there that day, but he was kind enough to text me afterwards to let me know he saw we made the purchase and offered assistance if ever needed. That was a nice follow up. My mattress was delivered this past Sunday. Less than two weeks from purchase. The delivery was so easy to schedule and I was happy they were available on a weekend. It was delivered on time and very quickly including the removal of my old mattress. I love my new LuxeBreeze Hybrid Medium mattress so far. Its cooling property is what I was looking for. I enjoy the firmness while still feeling the cradling of the foam. I look forward to many nights of deep rejuvenating sleep!💤 I can’t say enough about how well we were treated and recommend you try it for yourself!

    I visited this store hoping to find a new pillow and expected a calm, relaxing shopping experience. Instead, I was subjected to an employee’s loud personal phone conversation the entire time I was browsing. The older woman with black hair was speaking on her phone in Spanish, and the conversation became louder and louder while I was trying to shop and receive assistance. It was incredibly distracting and completely inappropriate for a retail environment that’s supposed to help customers relax while choosing sleep products. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt like I was interrupting her personal time. I ultimately left without purchasing a pillow because the atmosphere was so unprofessional. Management seriously needs to address this. Personal phone calls should never take priority over customers, and if an employee absolutely has to take one, it should be done somewhere customers can’t hear it. No one should have to listen to a loud personal conversation while trying to make an important purchase in what is supposed to be a peaceful environment. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

    Jocelyn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout our entire experience. She made the process smooth and stress-free, answering all of our questions with confidence and clarity. We’re really excited and can’t wait for our bed to come in! What stood out the most was how quick and accommodating she was when we decided to update our order and add an extra item. She handled everything efficiently and made the whole process super easy for us. Excellent service all around!

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?

Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames. Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit. If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions. If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support. If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart. Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.

How does my new mattress arrive?

With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up. The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
