It's hard to find a storage spot in Vegas that doesn't feel like there's something shady going on. From the get go StorageOne has been a winner - this location is clean, well-lighted, great location safe and secure and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This location cooler fan is always out which means the upper floors are hot. I was renting from them for 2 years and only twice have I felt air. They advertise air conditioner facility but that's not true. The only air conditioner i felt was on the 1st floor. While accessing your stuff someone can pass out from the heat, which then the company will be liable.

Great customer service. Sharlese (hope I spelled it correctly) is an amazing person. She showed patience, compassion and her energy was very much appreciated. I needed and storage unit fast! I went online, called before store hours and was able to have a storage unit in minutes! My unit was in the perfect location. This facility was very helpful and easy to get to and from you vehicle to unload. Moving carts were accessible.

11z23 I can never pay online or through the automated phone service ever. And it's always given in Spanish.
