  Adam is great. He has recharged our extinguishers in our office for years and even rehung all of the brackets for me this year since we recently moved locations.

  I scheduled an annual fire extinguisher inspection for my business, but this company no-showed TWICE. Each time I cleared my schedule to wait for the technician, but they never arrived and didn't even bother to call. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when business compliance is on the line. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend other local store owners to avoid them if you value your time.

  Pye‑Barker (formerly Red E Protection) is a trustworthy company. A fire extinguisher technician, Adam, visited us today to check whether our extinguishers needed their annual update. The service was excellent — I had completely forgotten that ours are due every January. He finished all the work in about ten minutes and even replaced a wall hook as a courtesy because it wasn’t working properly. The price was fair, and the service was quick and professional.

  March 4th 2025 My apartment was scheduled to be inspected by your company. I do not allow ANYONE in my home with shoes on, therefore everytime anyone enters my apartment, especially for any type of inspection, or maintenance, I leave a note on the door saying as much and provide plastic bags to be put over shoes. I don't expect people doing a job to remove their shoes. Your employee used them and I am very appreciative. That is good service. Thank you.
