  I had a gut feeling about my car maybe not being 100 percent safe because two of my guy friends were trying to rush through helping me and basically allowing me to drive the car with out the wiring being properly wrapped. I was by the Lowe's so I stopped and checked my car and found two rolls of electrical tape that had been on iously abandoned mid -project that were found by following the long ass tangle of two rolls of electric tape and the actual tape rolls were burned and showed signs of laying on metal pipe, and looked like they were about a minute or two from charting and igniting . I was working on this tedium for hours (about three), and then one of the store employees came up and asked me if I was ok and if I needed help, and I said yes I had discovered part of a wiring harness had been laying up against the water pump, which gets very hot. Name him that one of the things that groups the wires together was put there in error obviously because of this cluster of wires with like a 1-inch diameter was not taped not insulated just laying right on top of the water pump in all of their colorific resplendence. I couldn't get that thing out and off of the water pump but Ignacio came over and he was my hero he got that thing off of there and helped me to take those wires up away from the metal part of the engine that I'm pretty sure was the water pump and he was so helpful and honest and accommodating my hands were really dirty he said I could use the bathroom because there are 10 minutes before closing and I went in there and I washed my hands... Now I'm about to leave and my car is safe to drive thanks to ignacio's assistant and I have money to fix my car but my car needed attention immediately and I had to stop l immediately my in tuition had told me something was not right. As it turns out, I was 100% correct about it . I have saved myself from my car catching on fire and being destroyed. Ignacio was so helpful to me- without his attention to my situation, I probably would have been stuck with having to maybe just wrap that cluster of wires with regular electrical tape and hope that it doesn't catch on fire I would have been in a bad situation without ignacio's help. I will be shopping here in the future I wanted to mention that on my way back to walking to the bathroom everything was really clean it smelled good the color scheme is great blue is my favorite color so I will definitely be shopping here because of the experience that I had just as somebody in their parking lot having an emergency with my car. Nobody was rude to me nobody said hey you can't be here a couple of the security people earlier had asked me if I was ok and if I needed any help . I think I was there for 3 hours, there was another man who was a security guard and he came up and helped me he works for Lowe's, he was very nice too. He said he would check back up on me later but maybe he went home and maybe he sent Ignacio but I am good now and I will be coming back here whenever I have a need for some kind of a home improvement item. Very impressed with everybody's really nice attitude and accommodating nature thank you to everybody.At this Lowes Location💯💯💯💯💯💯😍👍

  poor customer service, people not wearing uniform ringing customers up, doesn’t even bother to make eye contact with us like if we’re the bad guys here trying to get some information. not a pleasant 15 minute visit JUST for some information.

  This Lowes hires younger people with no experience. They clearly have no training either. Don't go to this Lowes imo. The one is Summerlin is worth the trip I think. They had NO idea what to do in the paint section especially. They gave me the wrong color at first too. I had to specifically ask them to open the can so I could confirm the color. I explained that usually paint stores put a little dot of the color mixed on top for the customers so they can see the color that's in the can. There were like 3 people trying to figure out how to work the paint section. They had no training.

  Most unprofessional store of any kind I've ever been in. Not necessarily the staff but the security there is way out of line. A bunch of disrespectful clowns who obviously couldn't cut it as a police officers so they became mall cops instead. Accuse people of stealing follow you around the store smirking and then try and fight you out in the parking lot. Complete fools they are. Get it together Lowe's you're better than this.

  CAUTION!!! IF you are handicapped becareful parking in a handicap parking spot the security might get u towed for no reason even if u have a placard, the tow company will throw it out the window and lie and say it was not their, we think the security guard is getting kick backs from the towing company right down the street to town legally parked vehicles, at this location. Is happed to us today.. with a towing company called (Superior Towing), if you want to know my story about that go to their Google reviews.
