At this location, there is a man named David (white fellow with glasses and neatly trimmed facial hair) who works in plumbing department, who is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for all his great work.

My family went this morning to go grab the FREE Halloween tote bags that they were giving out and the old lady at the front entrance was very rude to my husband and daughters by denying and saying we had to be rewards members (which we are) and per 1 each household, which is crazy because other Lowe's especially the east Charleston AND west Charleston never said no to us before. I totally understand if they only had limited supplies but given that she had 3 FULL boxes right behind her and she was fixing them and just going thru them all weird like she was hoarding them for herself or something. My husband also saw that another lady asked her a simple question if they still had any "Mr. Beast" kid project things and she gave HER attitude as well , so quickly responded saying "NO WE ONLY HAD 10" that's it! Extremely disrespectful customer service from that woman. Not a good look having a mean old lady looking all miserable and being super grouchy in the morning in the front door to guests. We ended up going to the west Charleston location and the nice young woman gave us 4 bags no problem! No showing our members rewards number or anything like that. She was kind and nice right from the jump, like how it's supposed to be.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
