When the economy sucks hospitality is one of the first things to go. This store has maintained a positive employee group, and that is a good sign of a well managed store.

As I write this it is 6:30pm and I am standing at the paint desk waiting - where I’ve been waiting for almost 20 minutes for someone who has the wherewithal to mix paint… gave 2 stars because the woman at the customer service desk has been very helpful to continue to relentlessly page someone.. absolutely ridiculous. I’ll not be returning to the Lowe’s on Craig Rd. I’ll stick with Centennial or the Summerlin location.
Update – about five minutes after I posted that review one of the store managers came to help me- he was very quick very helpful and very nice and profusely apologized for my wait. Five stars.

The Lowe's employee by the name of PRUDENCE wins the award for WORST customer service OF ALL TIME.
I went up to the self checkout area and started to scan my items. She took the handheld scanner directly from my hands and started scanning everything quickly. once I got to my truck, I noticed she double scanned the most expensive item I was buying.
She made me feel like I was Not competent enough to scan my items efficiently without her help. She noticed I had some pumpkin/gourd seeds and then took them away from me and told me that I would be planting them too late in the year. Regardless of her opinion, what compelled her to remove items I DID want to buy??!? That's bad for Lowe's business. I wonder what else she talks customers out of purchasing?
